Our Treatments

We specialise in Marma Therapy (Marmachikitsa). Marma Therapy focuses on 108 marma points that were mapped out by ancient physicians. Only a trained Marma practitioner will understand how each Marma point is related to the entire functions of breathing, dosha (body type), dhatu (bodily tissue) and srotas (inner channels) and how the Marma point treatment can improve the health conditions.
Our treatment plans include lifestyle change, dietary recommendations, herbal solutions and rejuvenation therapies.
